Is this a course or a training program?
No. CleanerFlow Academy is a CERTIFICATION: it validates what you already know how to do. We don't sell training and we don't promise to teach anyone how to clean — people who clean homes already know how to clean. The 7 modules are there for you to review the method, show what you've mastered, and answer each module's questions. What comes out at the end is the proof of that: a private certificate, with your name and a verifiable QR.
What does the certificate give me?
The trust of a client who doesn't know you yet: with your QR code, they check on the spot, in English, Portuguese or Spanish, that your certificate is real. You also get into the Helpers area of CleanerFlow Leads, to find help near you or pick up extra work, and you get a digital business card, with a seal and QR code, to send by text or WhatsApp. All for US$19.99 a year — one cleaning pays for the whole year.
BenefitsHow much does it cost?
The 7 modules, the tools and the badges are free, always, no card needed. Only the certificate costs money: US$19.99 a year. There's no automatic charge — to renew, you decide, and you take a quick recap quiz. The first 100 Founding members never pay for the certificate. If you don't pay, you lose nothing you've done: you just go without the certificate and Helpers.

What if I get questions wrong?
You can try again as many times as you need. To pass a module, you need every answer right. The questions are there to help you remember, not to trick you.
How does a client check my certificate?
They point a phone camera at your QR code. A page opens, in English, Portuguese or Spanish, with your name, the 7 foundations assessed, the specialties you've completed, and whether the certificate is valid today. Your address and phone number never show up.
How long is the certificate good for?
One year. To renew, you pay the yearly fee and take a quick recap quiz of the 7 modules.
What is a Founding Cleaner?
Up to 100 people. Spots open by city group: join through your group link and finish the 7 modules within 7 days, while the group still has spots, and you become a Founding Cleaner. Creating an account holds nothing. They get the Founding Cleaner medal and never pay for the certificate — neither to issue it nor to renew it.
Is this a government license?
No. This is a private certificate issued by CleanerFlow Academy. It confirms that the holder passed CleanerFlow Academy's assessment of residential cleaning knowledge. It is not a government license, state registration, employment authorization, medical certification, environmental certification, or guarantee of service quality.
Does the certificate guarantee clients?
No. It shows what you know; the client always decides whether to hire.
Can I use it in Portuguese, Spanish, or English?
Yes. Everything is trilingual: Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Do you ask for an SSN or immigration status?
No. We never ask for an SSN or immigration status.
