CleanerFlow Academy was not born in a product meeting. It was born from two people who spent decades with a rag in hand, across three countries, and who knew exactly what was missing.
Two people, the same trade.
Maria Luiza has been cleaning houses for over 20 years. She started as an employee, became a team leader, and today she is an independent professional with a full schedule and clients who would not trade her for anyone.
Luciano cleaned for more than 10 years in Switzerland, then specialized in marketing and online teaching. They have been married since 2006.
We are not a tech company that discovered cleaning. We are two cleaning people who learned technology.

Where it started.
We married in 2006. Both from simple families, both used to work that dirties your hands. Nobody there had a diploma in anything — they had willingness and self-respect.

That is where it started to click. Cleaning work that was well paid, well organized and respected — and a brutal wall for anyone arriving from outside with nobody to vouch for them. Luciano cleaned for over ten years. Luiza became a team leader.

We moved, and everything restarted: arrive knowing nobody, need work, prove again what was already proven. Nobody asks what you can do. They ask who referred you.

The third time, and the last.
Here Luiza built her client base from scratch once more, and today her schedule is full. But the third time was the one that hurt — because by then it was clear the problem was not the country. It was that the trade has no proof.
What we saw three times.
The cleaner who does impeccable work and the one who does sloppy work arrive at the client’s door looking exactly the same. Same clothes, same face, same "I am very thorough". Nothing separates them — and the one who pays for that is always the good one.
In any other trade this would have a name: certification. Electricians have it. Hairdressers have it. Nail techs have it. People who clean houses in the United States do not.
So we built it.
It is not a course.
People who clean houses already know how to clean. Charging to teach what someone does better than you would be insulting.
It is proof.
A private certificate, with a name and a QR, that a client checks in ten seconds and nobody can fake in a WhatsApp group.
Trilingual from birth.
Because we were the foreigners three times, and we know what it is like to get important information only halfway.

Why the Academy exists.
Cleaning houses deserves respect. It is not a side gig, not a stepping stone, and not what you do when nothing better worked out. It is a trade, with method, with technique, and with people who do it very well.
What was missing was proof. A way for a professional to show, in ten seconds, that she knows what she is doing — without depending on a referral, on luck, or on anyone.
That is all the Academy does. We do not teach anyone to clean: people who clean houses already know how to clean. We provide the proof.
Who wrote what.
The 7 modules came out of Maria Luiza’s experience — method, order of execution, what a client notices and what she never forgives. Luciano turned that into a product, and Malu is the mentor version of her that walks with you on screen. Nothing here was bought off the shelf or translated from an American manual.
