Cookie Policy

This Policy explains what CleanerFlow Academy stores in your browser and on your phone, and why. The summary fits in one line: only what is needed to keep you signed in, in your language, and to make the app work. There is no ad pixel, no third-party tracker, and no advertising company involved.
1. Strictly necessary
Without these the site does not work, so they do not depend on consent. They are the session cookie that keeps you signed in (set by Supabase, our authentication provider) and, on the signup screen, the Cloudflare Turnstile cookie, which exists only to tell people from bots. Turnstile is the only third-party piece loaded on the site, it does not build a browsing profile, and it does not follow you to other sites.
2. Your preferences
We store your chosen language and theme (light or dark) so we do not ask again on every visit. The language is also saved to your profile so it follows you to another device. None of this identifies you to anyone outside.
3. To make the site work offline
The Academy can be installed as an app on your phone. To do that, the browser keeps a copy of pages and images on the device itself, which lets you open what you have already seen even on a bad connection. That copy stays only on your device and disappears when you uninstall or clear the site data.
4. What is NOT here
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any similar tool. There is no cross-site behavioral tracking, no remarketing, and we do not sell or share data for advertising — which means there is nothing to opt out of. Even so, we honor browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control in case that ever changes.
5. In the mobile app
The mobile app does not use cookies: it stores your session token, your language, and a few progress flags (such as whether you have seen the intro tour) on the device itself. Uninstalling the app erases all of it. Whatever lives in your account — completed lessons, certificate, badges — stays on the server and comes back when you sign in again.
6. How to delete
In your browser, use the privacy settings to clear cookies and site data — you will be signed out and the language preference returns to the default. On your phone, uninstall the app. Neither of these deletes your account: for that, use the cancel-account option in Settings, or write to privacy@cleanerflowacademy.com.
