WHO IS MALU

The mentor Maria Luiza wishes she had.

When Maria Luiza started cleaning houses over 20 years ago, there was nobody to tell her what to charge, how to talk to a difficult client, or what to do when the job grows halfway through. She learned all of it by getting it wrong.

Malu is what she wishes she had on that first day.

On the left, Maria Luiza — flesh and blood, CleanerFlow co-founder, 20 years of cleaned houses across three countries. On the right, Malu — the illustrated mentor who walks with you inside the app.

The first meeting.

Malu is not a real person, and we are not going to pretend she is. She is a character, drawn and voiced, built from Maria Luiza’s experience. What she tells you is not invented in an office: it is what Maria Luiza learned cleaning.

The first meeting, on video.

Maria Luiza meets the version of herself that will walk with you through every lesson.

01

She started as an employee.

In Minas Gerais, at the beginning, that was what there was. Other people’s houses, other people’s hours, other people’s prices. Nobody asked whether she was good — only whether she was available and what she charged.

02

She became a team leader.

In Switzerland she learned that what separates a professional from a helper is method: scope agreed up front, an order of execution, a check at the end. She started training others because her standard meant less rework.

03

Today she is independent, with a full schedule.

In San Diego, the clients she serves do not replace her. That is not luck and not charm: it is twenty years of repeated detail until it became automatic. That body of work is exactly what became the 7 modules.

Five languages, learned on the job.

Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and French — none of them in a classroom. She learned them in other people’s kitchens, with a dictionary in her pocket, because she needed to understand what the client was asking for. That is why the Academy is trilingual by birth: someone who has been the foreigner will not accept information delivered halfway.

She is a mentor, not a cleaner.

That is a rule of ours, not a detail. Malu never shows up scrubbing a floor, because the one scrubbing the floor is you — and you already do it better than she would. Her job is different: explain, remind, check, and celebrate.

She is in all 7 modules, and in all 210 lessons.

Every Academy lesson has Malu beside it, explaining in about half a minute what matters at that point. No filler, no classroom theory, in your language.

She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Not subtitles and not machine translation. Each language was written for the people who speak it — because Maria Luiza worked in countries where she was the foreigner, and she knows what it is like to get important information only halfway.

What Malu actually tells you.

Not motivational lines. What Maria Luiza would have said if she were standing next to you:

"Agree the scope BEFORE. If it grows halfway through, that is a new quote — and you say so right then, not at the end."

"That price does not cover your gas. Do the math before you answer."

"Last night’s dinner dishes are not your job. You can say that politely."

"Photograph the before. It is not distrust — it is what protects you when someone complains about something that was already broken."

Where you run into her.

She does not show up on one screen only. She is on your dashboard, in the lessons, in the badges, in the pricing tools, in the practical proof, and at the moment of the certificate.

Honesty

Fair price, real timing, and what you do not know said to your face.

Care

The detail the client never asks for and is exactly what she notices.

Warrior spirit

Keeping going when it is hard, which is almost always at the beginning.

She is with you from the first module to the certificate.

And after that too — in the tools, in the digital card, and when it is time to answer that difficult message.
