Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to everyone who uses CleanerFlow Academy. It exists for a simple reason: the certificate is only worth something if nobody can cheat their way to it. Breaking these rules can cost you your access and your badges.
1. Be honest about your credential
The Academy certificate is private recognition. You can and should show it to clients. What is prohibited is presenting it as something else: a government license, a state certification, professional registration, an accredited credential, work authorization, or proof of insurance, bonding, or a background check. It is also prohibited to alter the PDF, the QR code, or the verification code, or to claim it is active when it has expired.
2. The quizzes are yours — nobody else’s
Answer them yourself. It is prohibited to post, sell, trade, or request quiz answers, to take a quiz on someone else’s behalf, or to use automation to answer them. Doing this does not hurt the platform: it strips the value of the certificate from everyone else who actually studied.
3. One account per person
Your account is yours and personal. Do not share your password, lend access, sell or transfer the account, or create multiple accounts for yourself — including to try to re-enter the Founding Cleaner Program or to get around a suspension. The certificate is issued in the name of the person who studied.
4. The content you submit
Submit only what is yours or what you have permission to submit. A photo of a client’s home requires their authorization. Never submit documents, faces, children, card details, addresses, or any information that identifies a client. It is also prohibited to submit unlawful, sexual, violent, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content.
5. Respect for other people
In spaces where people meet — Community, support, any future area — the basics apply: no harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, spam, chain messages, or posting someone else’s personal data. Disagreeing is allowed; humiliating is not. False or retaliatory reports are also a violation.
6. Do not attack the platform
It is prohibited to scrape data, reverse engineer, attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls, overload the service, use bots or abusive automation, or access another person’s data. If you find a security flaw, report it to security@cleanerflowacademy.com instead of exploiting it — good-faith reporters are not penalized.
7. What happens if you break these rules
Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, suspend the account, revoke badges, cancel the certificate, or end access — including without prior notice in cases of fraud, risk to another person, or legal order. A certificate cancelled for a violation does not entitle you to a refund of the annual fee. If you believe there has been a mistake, write to support@cleanerflowacademy.com: every decision can be reviewed by a person.
