Delete your CleanerFlow Academy account
You can delete your account anytime, without talking to anyone.
In the app
Menu → Settings → Delete my account → Send confirmation email. Tap the link in the email within 1 hour.
On the website
Sign in → Settings → Cancel my account → I want to cancel. Click the link in the email within 1 hour.
Can’t get into your account
Email support@cleanerflowacademy.com from your account’s email address and ask us to delete it. We’ll reply and confirm.
What happens
Your account is deactivated for 45 days, and during that time you can reactivate everything just as it was. After 45 days, we delete your account and your data for good: profile, progress, badges, certificate, photos, messages to support, and what you posted in the Community. We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records, if there are any.
